Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order. Most orders will be processed in 1-3 days, weekends and holidays excluded. Your purchase will ship in 1-3 days and should arrive in 5-10 days depending on your location and item purchased.

All returns must be approved by us before you can return the item(s). If you need to return an item, email us and include the reason that you wish to return the item(s), your phone number, the item number, and a valid e-mail address. Returns must be packaged in the original packaging our they will not be accepted. If the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect or damaged during shipment to you, a claim must be filed, email us within 24 hours of receipt of the item, and you will receive a reply within a day. Otherwise the claim can be considered as not received. The items will be either renewed or asked to be returned right after the claim process. In both cases, we will be responsible for shipping costs to renew the item(s). . Once an order has been shipped we cannot cancel the order!
